This Privacy Policy explains how AM Legacy Holdings, LLC, doing business as MarginView ("MarginView," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected through marginview.io.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact form, send a custom business tool brief, or choose to share a diagnostic result, we may collect your name, company, professional email address, the information you include in your message, and the assessment scores or summary you elect to submit. Custom business tool briefs may also include the business activities, operating challenges, workflows, available information, intended users, and timing you choose to describe. If you email supporting files, we receive the attachments and information included in that email. Supporting files are sent through your email service, not uploaded through the website form. Diagnostic responses are otherwise stored only in your browser and are not transmitted to MarginView unless you choose to send your results. We may also receive limited technical and analytics information ordinarily generated when a website is visited, such as device, browser, page, interaction, and request information.
Google Analytics and browser storage
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, and interactions such as diagnostic completion and successful inquiry submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish browsers and measure activity. The website's custom analytics events do not include your contact details, message contents, diagnostic answers, or scores.
The Five-Minute Diagnostic saves responses in your browser's local storage so you can resume it. Retaking the diagnostic resets those saved responses. You can also clear this storage through your browser settings. Scores and the summary are sent to MarginView only when you choose to submit the results form.
You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites using its services. Browser controls may affect what activity is measured.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, communicate about MarginView services, maintain the security and performance of the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We may share information with service providers that support the website and our communications, including Cloudflare for hosting, request handling, and security, Google for analytics and web fonts, and email-delivery providers. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legitimate business, recordkeeping, and legal needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices

California privacy requests
Depending on the law applicable to your information and our business, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, request correction or deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise applicable rights without discriminatory treatment. To submit a privacy request, including through an authorized agent, email hello@marginview.io and describe the request. We may need information to verify your identity or an agent's authority. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an initial email.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
