Bryan Mora, Founder & Fractional Operator
Built inside complex businesses.
Nearly a decade of operating experience at the intersection of finance, operations, sourcing, product, planning, profitability, and cross-functional execution.
Bryan Mora founded MarginView to provide the kind of operating capacity that businesses need when performance priorities cross functions and execution has no single owner.
His track record includes more than $100 million in documented cost savings, consistent margin improvement across multiple operating cycles, and the development of new revenue streams generating more than $26 million in wholesale revenue.
His operating work has spanned thousands of SKUs, global cross-functional teams, and multi-billion-dollar organizations. The common thread is translating complex financial and operating information into clear decisions, and then driving those decisions through execution.
Bryan holds an Executive MBA from the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.
Margin is an operating result, not an accounting one.
Financial reporting measures the outcome. Purchasing, labor, process, product decisions, commercial activity, operating cadence, and management discipline produce it.
That belief shapes MarginView’s model: understand the economics, work inside the operation, distinguish evidence from assumption, prioritize what can actually be implemented, and measure impact without overstating it.
Direct, evidence-led, and close to execution.
Bryan works alongside leadership and the functional owners closest to the issue. The goal is not to create more analysis than the decision requires. It is to establish enough clarity to act, maintain accountability across the work, and leave the organization stronger than it was before the engagement.
MarginView is based in Orange County, California and operates nationally. Prospective engagements are reviewed for fit and conflict considerations.
